What do you enjoy about working for Unique?
There’s a few things I love about this job. Firstly, it doesn’t just feel like a job. I always feel included in the running of the business and my opinion always counts. It’s great to feel the appreciation I do from the boys. I love the flexibility of my work – all the systems we use are cloud based meaning I can work right from my mobile wherever I am. The business is family friendly and for me this is the most important part, as a mother I love that my job doesn’t take me away from being with my children when I need to be
What has been your favourite project to work on?
Wallaby Hill Rd in Jamberoo. Not only was this just a stunning home in an amazing location – but our clients were such great people to deal with. I also liked our recent Dapto renovation. Both of these clients were well organised and the build ran so smoothly as far as administration goes.
What do you like to do for fun?
I am a lover of cooking, reading and spending time outside with my family and friends. I meditate, do yoga and put myself through the horror of bootcamp a few times a week.
Where would you travel to on your dream holiday and why?
Around the world! Would love to get back to the UK (I lived in London for 2 years) and I’d love to spend more time in France, Italy and the Netherlands. I want to do New York, Tahiti and Thailand as well as Fiji and Sri Lanka. I’d also love to show my family Canada. I’ve been, but I loved it and it’d be nice to get back. Lastly, I want to buy a van and do a lap of Oz.!
