Jason Kent
One of the directors at Unique Custom Builders. Together with Troy, Jason started Unique in 2010 having worked in in the industry for about fifteen years.
Jason will put together your estimate and quote, then keep an eye on the financials of the job to ensure you get what you signed up for. He also works on developing and implementing strategic plans and company policies while driving the organisation’s success.
Troy Smith
Troy is one of the directors at Unique Custom Builders. With Jason, he started Unique in 2010 after working in the industry for fifteen years. A natural leader with an outstanding technical knowledge of the building industry, Troy is the ultimate decision maker and problem solver on site working closely with our contractors to ensure quality control is met to our high standards. Troy is the driving force behind all our onsite workers and contractors to ensure all projects foundations are built correctly.
